Being 72 I wasn't sure I wanted to get rid of my turkey neck, but it really affected me when I looked in the mirror. Dr Perry did a great job and I feel so much better it really helped my emotional well being. The healing process was not hard to get through and he assured me if I had any questions he was there for me. I had no complications.

I only just met Dr Perry for a consultation but I’d been very nervous. So I was surprised that I was immediately put at ease once he walked in because he is so personable. Dr. Pratt is very skilled and kind. He made himself available by phone after my eyelid surgery when my pain was so severe after the anesthesia wore off required more pain medication than he had prescribed. Friendly Staff. Waiting time in the lobby was minimal. Provided Wi-fi was easy to connect to. Waiting area was well furnished, quiet, comfortable and clean. Dr. Woodman is wonderful! He did surgery on my neck (I lost a significant amount of weight & just wanted my jawline to be more defined). He suggested a surgery that would be beneficial, but may leave some loose skin because of the amount to weight I lost. He suggested this surgery because it was much less invasive then a neck or face lift (since I am young (37) and with age it the skin will naturally sag so I can keep those options in my back pocket for the future if needed). I absolutely LOVE the results! There is very little loose skin now, but he addresses all of my concerns & offers solutions/suggestions that we can try to improve the appearance (he told me upfront it may be a 80-90% improvement). The fact he was so honest and upfront is really what I appreciated the most. Highly recommend him!

Everything was fine except I was very rushed in recovery. As a nurse I work in outpatient that uses propofol like I received but we keep our patients in recovery for 30”. My nurse took out my IV and had me get dressed right after arriving in the recovery room. I was barely awake and since I couldn’t walk yet she just wheeled me out to the car. The staff in recovery before my procedure didn’t keep the curtains closed so other patients and I were looking at each other. It was awkward. I’m happy with the surgical results though.

Everyone I dealt with was kind, caring and professional. Dr Pratt was encouraging and confident, which eased any uncertainty or concerns that I had.

I made sure I was fully healed before posting my review, so I am now 6 months post-op. I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to my lower eye socket and co2 laser. Dr. Woodman was referred to me by my aesthetician who told me that he was the ONLY surgeon she would go to. I am an attorney and I litigate regularly in court, so having a professional and well-kept appearance is important to me. Dr. Woodman is easy to work with, he listened to me and made suggestions with explanations that made sense. Bottom line is that he delivers fantastic results. I have since learned that Dr. Woodman is the Holy Grail for eye surgery in this PNW area and He certainly exceeded my expectations. He listened to what I wanted and was able to translate that into optimal results for my face shape. If he doesn’t think it’ll look good, he won’t do it. He’s a perfectionist and is very concerned about making sure his patients are satisfied with the end result. That said, I do feel I should be honest with patients and say that my recovery period was more than I expected. My recovery did not match up with the YouTube and TikTok videos I was watching. I did not feel ready for going out in public until a good 3 months post-surgery. It was a rough recuperation that got progressively easier over time. Six months later, I absolutely love my eyes. I still have pink semi-circles under my eyes from the CO2 layering, but it is fading. I am in my 50’s and I am regularly being told I can pass for my 30’s, so who doesn’t love that? Thank you Troy Woodman!

Not only are all of the doctors in this group a handsome bunch, they all seam so highly qualified as well. Dr. Ehret was a referral from my orthodontist to help with some facial issues post jaw surgery. The doctor was kind and comforting despite my unease. He explained everything very well and put no pressure on me to pursue surgery unless I am completely comfortable with the procedure. I found him to have the absolute perfect doctor disposition especially tacking sensitive facial issues. Surgery is upcoming so I cannot comment on that as of yet but so far I feel I’m in excellent hands.

Everyone was so nice and friendly and I was not kept waiting at any time. I was not pressured to buy any products or treatments or surgeries. I did get some suggestions but only because I asked about them. The Botox treatment I got is great. Already after one day I see a difference.

The front office was very efficient and friendly. The waiting room is large and comfortable. Dr. Pratt did a biopsy on a small lump on my lower eyelid and kept me calm and still as he gave me novocain and removed that lump swiftly.

WoW. My experience was extraordinary from start to finish. When you go in for your pre op you discover not only are you getting an amazing surgeon but his whole approach is sprinkled with holistic healing and wellness. I am a woman in my 60’s and I had contemplated a neck lift for years and finally took the leap of faith with Dr. Perry. I am only 2 months out and goodness what a difference. Dr. Pratt is a great surgeon.

Had a stent put in my tear ducts to open up a blockage. Surgery was quick and easy. Was given an eye patch shaped ice pack. Used it and it took away all discomfort. Didn't use any pain medication and had no swelling. At the end of 6 weeks stent was removed. Tear duct drains well and I no longer have tears continually running down my face. Very satisfied.

I could tell I was going to like it here by the kind greeting I received when I first arrived. She was was very patient and helpful with me in filling out entry paperwork and making sure I was comfortable since I was somewhat disabled. Good, not too long a wait in waiting room. Prompt care, application of numbing cream. But then longer than usual for Dr. arrival. So more numb than usual, and longer time for numbness to wear off. Overall, however, very happy with results of care. I see Dr. Every 3 months & he is very personable!

I was referred to ASC by my dermatologist after the need for plastic surgery became apparent. I was evaluated by Dr. Perry just a few hours after the referral, and the surgery was conducted by Dr. Ehret the next day. One can not expect better attention (in scheduling) than that. I had breast augmentation. There is a lot of trust required in a surgeon to go for an alteration of your body structure. I was lop-sided and needed a lift. I'm 7 weeks out after surgery and am super happy already with the results. Dr. Ehret did a great job and his staff was always available after care if I had a question. Dr Perry listened to my concerns after my 4th TED Infusion, and explained to me what changes in my eyes by the measurements he took and compared to the initial ones that there were some improvements. Gave me encouragement for the upcoming 4 more treatments.

Dr Woodman is some kind of surgical magician. I just don’t know how someone can work on eyelids using 8-0 suture in a very small operative field without leaving a scar. Sure, my conjunctiva were irritated and no way around this but the rest of the surgical site was numb for a few months and thus painfree. Seeing is difficult for the first week. 95% healing done in 3 months. As a mountaineer, I’m grateful to now have a wide open field of view and removing the sizable bags under my eyes was a nice bonus too. Yep, definitely highly recommend.
