Question:
I am a 40-year-old male. I wish to get a brow lift. I wish to get my brow lifted by around 2-3 mm from its current position to its natural position. I consulted a Surgeon who suggested a direct brow lift. I am really concerned about the visible scar. Therefore, I am more interested in an endoscopic brow lift. My doctor says an endoscopic brow lift is not suitable for a male. (as males have heavy brow) What is your opinion on this?
Answer:
Males are certainly a candidate for an endoscopic brow lift. If your brow is heavy the longevity of the lift may be less. In my practice, I do not perform cosmetic direct brow lifts as I like to hide my incisions.
